How to request a ride

Before you request
Make sure your UGO app is updated and that location access is enabled. Confirm that your pickup point is safe and easy for the driver to reach.
Requesting a ride
- Open UGO and enter your destination.
- Review the pickup location shown on the map.
- Choose an available ride option when UGO makes options available.
- Review the fare estimate and trip details before confirming.
- Wait for a driver match and check the driver and vehicle details in the app.
